The Less Alone More Alive Project
Co-developed with Annie Sutton a trauma informed MHFA and theatre practitioner. This initiative blends performance, lived experience and creative wellbeing. Rooted in the Cultural Health and Wellbeing Framework, the project centres participant wellbeing and has engaged diverse groups including NEETS, UASC, people with Dementia, Survivors groups, and those experiencing grief and loss.
The Less Alone, More Alive! workshops offer a warm, welcoming space with experienced practitioners who focus on connection, community, creativity and care.
There will be tea, snacks, and music, fostering creativity through games, writing, sculpture, and reflection. Inspired by Suzy’s own recovery journey, the sessions share a wellbeing toolkit aimed at helping participants find joy, connection, and healing. We encourage participation in a way that feels right for you.

Suzy is the creator of the ‘Less Alone, More Alive!’ project. This encompasses solo show performance called ‘Troubled’ and wraparound programme of ‘Less Alone, More Alive!’ workshops aimed ar empowering participants with creative wellbeing tools. The programme platforms creativity as an aid to wellbeing and recovery. The project will be touring the UK and beyond in 2026/ 2027.

''The way that Suzy uses her own experience and performance to introduce the work, is an effective way of communicating what they are trying to achieve in a 'show me don't tell me' method, one that is accessible to a far wider audience than simply explaining. Her performance models vulnerability, storytelling to process emotions and connect, and sets the foundations for young people to then engage their own creativity to tell their story with mental health and wellbeing."
