A show about Abortion in Northern Ireland - which was completely illegal up until very recently.
What does it feel like to grow up in a place where you don’t have a choice?
Project A was an urgent mix of song and movement, text and story, clowning and dance. This show illuminated the unheard women’s stories at the heart of this emotive subject.
A celebration of women and for women- Project A was about taking your space and breaking the silence. A provocation and a call to arms.
The development of Project A was supported by Camden People’s Theatre, The Pleasance Eh Voila! Festival of European Theatre and The Sunflower, Belfast.
Co-created by the cast and creative team and directed/ co created by me.
